Ask questions, encourage leaders, and set goals for long-term growth. Mark Miller, as President and Visionary, is focused on making sure Performance Industrial remains an extraordinary organization.
Growing up in Randolph, VT, Mark discovered early on that he was destined to think differently. From time spent as a commercial truck driver, to exploring the country on his motorcycle and working the 88 acres of his gentleman’s farm, Mark views every experience as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Mark has guided Performance from humble beginnings as a commercial power washing company to the impressive success it sees today. Energized by the skills and growth of his professional team, Mark dedicates each day to adding value to others lives. Whether he’s mentoring his staff on the ins and outs of business, on the phone with a customer, or volunteering in his community, Mark consistently demonstrates the importance of nurturing relationships.
Make sure everyone on the crew is safe and prepared. Susan helps ensure every job is on time and every crew member has what they need to deliver a stellar performance. Susan also oversees numerous programs at Performance, including recruiting and our training certification classes.
Susan came to Performance with experience in project administration for large-scale remediation projects, granting her the ability to balance deadlines, project variations, and a field of personalities with grace. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family.
Manage kitchen sales and schedules. Prevent kitchen grease fires. Make sure the customer always comes first. Certified by the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) and the State of Massachusetts, Tom Clark is in charge of Performance Industrial’s kitchen division.
Every day, Tom works toward his goal of becoming a leading expert in kitchen exhaust cleaning; because, the more he knows, the safer his customers are. Before Performance, Tom saw 48 of the 50 states as a truck driver. He has a number of hobbies including riding his Harley and camping but his absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife and children.
Pay the bills and keep track of the money that comes in and out of Performance Industrial. Her specialty is creating organization out of chaos and that’s what she’s been doing as a bookkeeper for over 30 years, so Kellie knows her stuff.
Before joining our team, Kellie managed the books for a mulch production company. She made the switch to Performance because she shares our values and she has stayed with us because she enjoys our company culture. In her free time, Kellie likes to go fishing, work in her garden, and put together jigsaw puzzles.
Ensure a smooth operation. Oversee day-to-day activities. Bill is certified in OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, Confined Space Rescue, and does whatever it takes to get the job done for his customers and for his team.
Not only was he with Performance Industrial before the re-brand, but he actually left to run his own residential painting and cleaning company. After 12-years of that journey, he decided it was time to return to where he belongs − at Performance Industrial with his family. What he brought back with him was a unique, fresh perspective on operating a business, making him a great fit for his current role. When he’s not running things around the office and out in the field, Bill enjoys hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
Prepare invoices. Pay the bills. Maintain financial health. If it’s on a spreadsheet, it’s on Michelle Miller’s desk.
Michelle maintains all areas of Performance’s accounting, billing and receivables. A member of the team for over 10 years, Michelle provides expertise in contract administration and executive assistance.
Listen to concerns. Apply expert knowledge. Build relationships. If it’s industrial painting or cleaning at manufacturers, mills, hospitals, colleges, quarries, chemical plants, grocery stores or power stations – Keith Davidson is your guy.
Before Performance, Keith was the Adirondack Regional Director for the American Cancer Society where he oversaw local patient and family services and served as Community Executive. His extensive background in business comes from his experience founding his own painting franchise and working as an insurance agent.

Outside of Performance, Ed is busy serving as the vice president and audit/finance chairperson for the Ravenna School District Board of Education. When he has a free moment, he spends it coaching or overseeing multiple sports leagues with his children and running his concession business, SAP Bucket, serving up delicious sausage and peppers!
