Crew Positions

Kitchen Hood and Exhaust Cleaner

Our kitchen hood and exhaust cleaners help our customers prevent fires and stay safe.  As a member of our kitchen crew, you will be asked to clean hoods, ducts, and exhaust systems in restaurants, hospitals, schools, and more.

To qualify, you will need to have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Experience is preferred, but if you’re a hard worker that’s willing to learn, then we’re ready to train you!

Questions to ask yourself before you apply:

  • Do I feel comfortable and can I work safely on a ladder or scaffolding and in a lift or confined space?
  • Do I mind getting wet or dirty?
  • Am I ready to work when kitchens are closed and people are sleeping (second and third night shifts)?
  • Do I mind being out of town and away from home a couple nights a week?

Painter

Our painters help some of the biggest businesses in our area shine! As a member of our painting team, you will be asked to help spruce up everything from factory ceilings to water towers, buildings, equipment and more.

To qualify, you will need to have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Experience in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred, and having your own tools is ideal. However, if you’re ready for a change and committed to learning, we’ll show you how to succeed.

Questions to ask yourself before you apply:

  • Do I feel comfortable and can I work safely on a ladder or scaffolding and in a lift or confined space?
  • Do I mind getting wet or dirty?
  • If the job needs it, am I willing to work extended hours? And, will I work evenings, weekends or holidays if the customer asks me to?

Cleaner

If you’re looking for janitorial work, this isn’t the job for you. Our cleaning crew is a group of hard working guys and gals that step in to save the day for our friends in manufacturing, hospitality, medical facilities and more. As an expert cleaner, your responsibilities will range from pressure washing, sandblasting and HVAC duct cleaning, to industrial vacuuming and old-fashioned elbow grease.

To qualify, you will need to have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. While no experience is necessary, having a background in construction or an industrial environment is preferred. As always, a positive attitude and a willingness to step up to the job will take you far!

Epoxy and Industrial Flooring Installer

Did you know that our flooring team helps ensure regional facilities are safer, cleaner, and more productive? As a member of our flooring crew, you’ll oversee the installation of a number of industrial flooring solutions in food prep areas, warehouses, service bays and more.

To qualify, you will need to have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Our epoxy crew members are successful when they are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a desire to take pride in their work.

Questions to ask yourself before you apply:

  • Am I good listener that is able to follow detailed instructions?
  • Can I get up and down from working on my feet or knees throughout the day?
  • If the job needs it, am I willing to work extended hours? And, will I work evenings, weekends or holidays if the customer asks me to?

Office Positions

Project Manager/Estimator

The project manager/estimator in this position will be expected to provide accurate, competitive, and profitable field estimates. They will develop scopes of work, and manage workforce, equipment and subcontractors to ensure jobs can be completed safely and profitably.
