Karen Miller

President & Owner

Karen handles the day to day office operations for Performance Industrial, including bookkeeping, payroll, scheduling, HR & financial reporting.  Prior to joining Performance Industrial in 2018, Karen has worked in accounting and finance for over 15 years.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a manager, as well as having been a valued co-worker.  Karen has worked hard to earn a Women Owned Business status for Performance Industrial and is committed to keeping her employees and customers happy.

“This is more than a job, it is a career and a lifelong commitment if you want it to be.  It is what you put in, and what you make it”.

Bill Miller

Vice President & Owner

Bill ensures a smooth operation by overseeing day-to-day field activities. Bill is certified in OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, Confined Space Rescue, and does whatever it takes to get the job done for his customers and for his team.

Not only was he with Performance Industrial before the re-brand, but he actually left to run his own residential painting and cleaning company. After 12-years of that journey, he decided it was time to return to where he belongs − at Performance Industrial with his family. What he brought back with him was a unique, fresh perspective on operating a business, making him a great fit for his current role. When he’s not running things around the office and out in the field, Bill enjoys hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.

Ed Reville

Vice President, Sales

Ed transforms client needs into jobs well done. With over 20 years in product experience and as many years listening intently to the client’s unique situations, he champions our sales department strategy and implementation.

Before coming to Performance, Ed spent 20 years working his way up at Sherwin-Williams. As a protective and marine coatings specialist, and a certified NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector, Ed is a go-to product and installation expert for all things paint, epoxy floors, linings, concrete restoration, and more.

Outside of Performance, Ed is busy serving as the vice president and audit/finance chairperson for the Ravenna School District Board of Education. When he has a free moment, he spends it coaching or overseeing multiple sports leagues with his children and running his concession business, SAP Bucket, serving up delicious sausage and peppers!

Tom Clark

Sales and Estimating

Tom manages kitchen sales, schedules, and is passionate about preventing kitchen grease fires. Tom makes sure the customer’s needs always come first. Certified by the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) and the State of Massachusetts, Tom Clark is in charge of Performance Industrial’s kitchen division.

Every day, Tom works toward his goal of becoming a leading expert in kitchen exhaust cleaning; because the more he knows, the safer his customers are.
