These areas accumulate grease, dust, and particulate matter over time and are rarely addressed by routine maintenance programs. In manufacturing and food production environments, overhead buildup poses fire risk and contamination hazards. Performance Industrial performs overhead cleaning using certified lift operators, industrial power washers or combustible vacuums as appropriate, full PPE, and coordinated electrical and fire suppression protection protocols.

Safety is the foundation of every Performance Industrial job. Our standard requirements include OSHA 10 certification for all ground crew, lift certification for all aerial lift operators, full PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots, eye protection, ear protection), personal carbon dioxide detectors when working in enclosed spaces with running machinery, daily safety huddles covering the day’s work plan, emergency procedures, and muster point locations, and all OSHA-required signage and ground protection. On long-run projects, we also engage third-party safety companies to conduct unannounced monthly site audits. We operate as general contractor on many jobs, with direct accountability to the client.

In many cases, yes. Performance Industrial regularly cleans active facilities by working in sections, maintaining clear safety zones, and scheduling around production shifts. For environments where operations cannot be interrupted, we offer night and weekend scheduling. The feasibility of cleaning during active operations depends on the type of facility, the cleaning methods required, and the layout of the space. We assess this during the quoting and planning process and recommend the approach that balances thoroughness with minimal disruption.

Yes. Post-construction cleaning is one of the more demanding cleaning categories, and Performance Industrial is well-equipped for it. We remove construction dust, drywall compound, adhesive residue, paint overspray, concrete splatter, and debris from all surfaces—floors, walls, ceilings, windows, fixtures, and equipment. Post-construction cleanup is typically staged across rough clean, detail clean, and final clean phases. We can also handle exterior cleanup, including parking lots and sidewalks, as part of a complete project handoff.

Beyond standard facility surfaces, Performance Industrial cleans industrial machinery and production equipment, HVAC and mechanical systems, loading docks, parking structures, exterior building facades, sidewalks, and rooftops.
